Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries: a) Be a private, non-profit entity of a social nature, with its own legal personality, and with the legal status of an association, federation, foundation or any similar entity whose principles of action are the equality of all people and the development of activities, programs or projects that promote social and/or neighborhood participation, as well as the promotion and defense of democratic values ​​within the Asturian territory. b) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding administrative registry, in accordance with its legal personality. c) Have a registered office or regional delegation in the territory of the Principality of Asturias. d) Have citizen participation, social cohesion, inclusion for all people and the promotion of participatory democracies, among others, included in their statutes as objectives, purposes or principles. e) Associations and entities based in the Principality of Asturias and non-profit, which, not meeting requirement d), carry out any activity within the object included in the bases that govern this call. Second.- Purpose The object of this call is the granting in 2025 of subsidies, under a system of publicity, objectivity and competitive competition, to non-profit entities of the Principality of Asturias for the implementation of actions, activities, projects and/or programs that promote Asturian participation in the Asturian territory in the terms established in the bases that govern this call, approved by Resolution of the Department of Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Citizen Rights of February 28, 2025 (BOPA of March 13, 2025) Third.- Regulatory bases: Resolution of February 28, 2025, of the Department of Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Citizen Rights, which approves the regulatory bases for aid to promote and strengthen citizen participation in the Principality of Asturias. Fourth.- Amount The total amount of the call amounts to ninety thousand euros (€90,000.00), with a maximum of five thousand euros (5,000.00 euros) per project. Likewise, the subsidy may not exceed the percentages indicated: Eligible budget of the project Maximum subsidy Up to €3,000 100% From €3,001 to €4,000 90% From €4,001 onwards 80% Fifth.- Deadline for submission of applications Fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias.
