Official description of the call
On September 29, 2025, the Mayor's Decree will approve the call for 2025 subsidies intended to finance the activities of the associations of the municipality of Mieres, which are intended to encourage, promote and disseminate the following values: cultural, sports, social, d'integració, solidaritat and diversitat, sustainability, healthy habits, coneixement of the municipality and associacionisme; All conformity with the bases approved by the Plenary dated July 29, 2025 and public information to the BOP of Girona no. 152 August 11, 2025 and published in full on the municipal website. The subsidies granted under these bases will have to be used to finance projects/activities developed during the following period: from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Requirements of the beneficiaries/aries They will be the legal persons of the municipal associative area, legally constituted, who complete the requirements detailed below: Legal persons who have the corporate name of Mieres and who are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. Legal persons who carry out the activity without profit. Legal persons who regularly assist the Consell del Poble. The concurrence of these requirements will be accredited at the time of submitting the application, including the presentation of the documents indicated in the following article. Documentation to be provided The subsidy application is carried out using the normal subsidy application model that incorporates a responsible declaration signed by the legal representative, and a brief description of the project and/or activity for which the subsidy is requested and the planned submission. The normal application form can be submitted to the General Registry of the Mieres City Council located at Curreró Street, 5 or through the website www.mieres.cat. Term, form and deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be available from the publication of the call and will end on October 31, 2025. Applications will have to be submitted in writing through the use of the normalization model, which will be signed as legal representative of the association. Award procedure The grant award procedure will be that of competitive competition, however, the applications submitted will be individually examined and will be resolved in order to exhaust, if necessary, the press budget credit.
