Official description of the call

First.-Beneficiaries Unemployed women over 30 years of age, unemployed over 45 years of age and long-term unemployed over 30 years of age and under 45 years of age, who meet the following requirements on the date of submission of their application, may apply for the subsidy: the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. b), Be registered as an unemployed job seeker in the Public Employment Service. c),,In relation to obtaining driving licenses for the eligible classes indicated in section 1, be in one of the following situations: 1. Be enrolled in a legally constituted private driving school located in the Principality of Asturias, hereinafter driving school, to obtain driving licenses for the indicated classes. 2. Have obtained the driving license of the indicated classes for which the subsidy is requested with an issue date between January 1, 2025 and the date of submission of the subsidy application. In no case will driving licenses issued prior to said date be eligible for subsidies. d), Beneficiaries may not be subject to any of the prohibitions provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, hereinafter LGS, to obtain said condition. Second.-Object: 1.-The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting, on a competitive basis, of subsidies for obtaining driving licenses of classes B, C, and D by the unemployed people referred to in the following section, with the aim of improving their mobility and employability. 2.- Of the different classes of driving license established in article 4 of the General Regulations for Drivers, approved by Royal Decree 818/2009, of May 8, the following will be eligible for subsidies: a) Class B: cars and light vehicles. Permits: B, B+E b) Class C: trucks. Professional permits: C, C1, C+E, C1+E. c) Class D: Buses. Professional licenses: D, D1, D+E, D1+E Each applicant will only be eligible for a subsidy for a single type of driving license. Third.- Regulatory bases: Resolution of August 20, 2025, of the Ministry of Science, Industry and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases that will govern the public call for the granting of subsidies to unemployed women over 30 years of age, unemployed people over 45 years of age and long-term unemployed people over 30 years of age and under 45 years of age, to obtain permits. driving classes B, C and D, published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias, no. 170, of September 3, 2025. Fourth.-Amount: The total amount of the call amounts to a total of one hundred and fifty thousand euros (€150,000). The individualized subsidy per beneficiary will consist of a certain amount for the amounts established below depending on the type of driving license. a) Class B: cars and light vehicles. Permits: B, B+E: €300. b) Class C: Trucks. Professional permits: C, C1, C+E, C1+E: €650. c) Class D: Buses. Professional permits: D, D1, D+E, D1+E: €1,300. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be FIFTEEN (15) business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA).
