First.- Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries may be natural persons, private legal entities, communities of property and other legally constituted entities lacking legal personality, all of them with a profit motive, that carry out the actions covered by the subsidy, excluding all Public Sector entities. Second.- Object. The granting of public subsidies, under a direct concession regime, aimed at carrying out actions that contribute to the labor well-being of workers in the workplaces of Castilla y León. Third.- Regulatory Bases. These subsidies are regulated by Order IEM/1349/2025, of November 26, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies aimed at carrying out actions that contribute to labor well-being in workplaces in Castilla y León. Fourth.- Amount. The total amount of the call amounts to 500,000 euros. In accordance with the provisions of article 16.3 of Law 5/2008, of September 25, on Subsidies of the Community of Castilla y León, the credits assigned to this call may be increased during its validity by an additional amount for an amount not exceeding 100% of the total. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The application submission period will begin on January 28, 2026 and will end on February 27, 2026, both inclusive.
