Call for the granting of subsidies to promote knowledge of self-employment, promoting associations.

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries: Associations of self-employed workers that have legal personality, are legally constituted and registered or that have initiated the registration procedures in the Registry of Professional Associations of Self-Employed Workers of the Principality of Asturias may be beneficiaries of this aid; that are intersectoral in nature, autonomous in scope and implemented in the territory of the Principality of Asturias and that meet the other conditions established in the regulatory bases of this call. Second.- Object. Subsidies intended to cover the costs of activities to promote and promote self-employment and the operation of associations of self-employed workers. Eligible will be the expenses necessary to carry out the different activities subject to the subsidy that, without a doubt, respond to the nature of the subsidy and that are carried out in the period between November 1, 2025 and October 31, 2026 and that have been effectively paid prior to November 15, 2026. Third. -Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases approved by Resolution of July 24, 2013, of the Ministry of Economy and Employment, BOPA of August 5, 2013 Fourth.- Amount. The total amount of the call is €70,000, which will be paid from the budget application 14.04.322L.481039 of the General Budgets of the Principality of Asturias for 2026. The maximum amount of the subsidy will consist of: 1., Support measures for organizations that represent self-employed workers. - Up to 75% of direct or personnel expenses and up to 25% of indirect expenses. The maximum limit of this aid will be €30,000. 2., Support measure for the analysis, knowledge and dissemination of self-employment. - Up to 75% of the cost of the projects, with a maximum limit of €15,000. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. It will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias of this extract of the Resolution approving the call. Sixth.-Other data of interest. In accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the requesting legal entities are obliged to interact with the Administration of the Principality of Asturias by electronic means. Subsidy applications will conform to the model available on the electronic headquarters https://sede.asturias.es (by entering AYUD0036T01 in the header search engine, located in the upper right corner). Applications will be directed to the Entrepreneurs and Social Economy Service, identification code DIR A03028882. No application received after the application period established in these regulatory rules will be accepted, nor will it be accepted through channels other than the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias. Applications must be signed electronically with the digital certificate of the requesting legal entity or its representative. In the case of representation, documentation proving the representation of the person acting on behalf of the applicant must be submitted along with the application. The deadline to submit supporting documentation will be November 15, 2026.
