Official description of the call

1.- OBJECT AND RECIPIENT ENTITIES OF THE CALL. The purpose of these Bases is to establish the specific rules within the framework of the General Subsidies Ordinance of this Provincial Council, to regulate access to public subsidies, under the ordinary competitive competition regime, of the municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants and minor local entities of the province of Cáceres destined for the organization of festivals and cultural events that are developed during 2026. RECIPIENT ENTITIES: The following activities may be subject to aid: Festivals and cultural events of a provincial, regional, national and international nature organized by City Councils with less than 20,000 inhabitants and Minor Local Entities of the province of Cáceres. Cultural festivals and events, for the purposes of this call, are understood to be:━ The set of performances or representations of theater, music, dance or cinema, whether or not it has a competitive nature, carried out in a specific period of the year for one or several days and can be held in one or more places, at coincident times or not, with the purpose of promoting and disseminating music, cinema, theater and dance through its programming. 2026, in applications 05.3340.46212 and 05.3340.46812, endowed with a total joint amount of €150,000.3.- REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANTS: Municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants and Minor Local Entities of the province of Cáceres may apply for this subsidy and, consequently, may be beneficiaries. that are not subject to any prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies contemplated in article 13 of the LGS 4.- APPLICATIONS: This Call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. Electronic processing will be mandatory in all phases of the procedure, including, where appropriate, the refund phase. The Provincial Council of Cáceres, likewise, will carry out all your procedures telematically, through the electronic office, unless due to exceptional and motivated circumstances you have to resort to other substitute procedures, with due guarantees for all parties. The applications, communications and other required documentation will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres signed electronically, through the procedure established for this purpose, where their delivery will be formalized in the electronic registry created and regulated by the Regulations of the General Registry of Entry and Exit of the Excma. Provincial Council of Cáceres, published in the B.O.P. number 74, of April 21, 2010, modified by Plenary Agreement of June 27, 2013 and whose modification was published in BOP no. 163 of August 23. The forms, responsible declarations and other electronic documents to be completed in the different phases of the procedure will be available at the aforementioned headquarters and must be used when appropriate. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: Applications must be submitted by the interested entities within 20 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres, those submitted after the deadline not being accepted. The presentation of the application by the interested entity will imply the acceptance of these call bases, as well as unequivocal consent to the processing of personal data and its publication, all in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. 5.- DOCUMENTS The applications must be accompanied by the documentation indicated below, on a mandatory basis:━ Complementary report of the project, according to the model in Annex I.
