SUBSIDIES TO NON-PROFIT ENTITIES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS REGARDING EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN WOMEN AND MEN 2026.

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias Primero. Beneficiaries Associations, foundations and non-profit entities, registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of this City Council, on the date of publication of this call, among whose statutory purposes include the implementation of programs, projects or activities contextualized within the framework of equal opportunities for women and men in Palencia, may benefit from this call for subsidies. To participate in the call it will be necessary that: The program for which the subsidy is requested corresponds to the nature and statutory objectives of the applicant entity. Have sufficiently justified the subsidies granted in previous years. The programs and projects are developed in the municipality of Palencia, the recipients will generally be citizens of the municipality. Have a number of members equal to or greater than twenty-five and the association's own financing of a 15% percentage of the cost of the program granted. Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations and not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain said condition, provided for in sections 2 and 3 of art. 13 of the LGS. Are excluded: ? Neighborhood associations, with whom a specific collaboration protocol is maintained. ? Associations that maintain some type of statutory connection with political parties and unions, or that make registration in the association conditional on membership in this type of organization. ? Entities that are beneficiaries of nominative subsidies contemplated in the municipal budget for 2026, implemented through collaboration agreements or those that have other subsidies from the Palencia City Council for the development of actions in the same sector of activity, which are aimed at the same objectives. ? Any type of programs, projects and activities that manifest or imply a profit motive are excluded. Second. Object. The subsidies called are intended to encourage the implementation of activities and programs by associations, foundations and non-profit entities that contribute to developing gender equality policies in the city of Palencia. Third. Regulatory Bases Approved by Agreement of the Local Government Board of March 20, 2026. Fourth. Amount This call is endowed with an amount of 20,000 euros, which will be charged to budget application 2026/6/23102/48901. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of these Bases in the B.O.P. from Palencia. Those submitted outside of this period will not be taken into account by the competent body for its resolution. Sixth. Concession Competitive competition.
