Call. For the financial year 2026, the aid is called under a non-competitive competition regime regulated in the Order of xx of April 2026, which approves the regulatory bases of the aid, under a non-competitive competition regime, to promote the maintenance of the activity and employment of the Andalusian productive fabric in the areas of special impact due to the damage caused by various adverse meteorological phenomena in Andalusia (BOJA XXX), in the amount maximum total of fifty million euros (50,000,000 euros), charged to the budgetary credits indicated: LINE ANNUITY BUDGET ITEM AMOUNT (€) LINE 1 2026 1400010409 G/72C/47007/00 BOR000001 €38,000,000.00 LINE 2 2026 1400010409 G/72C/47008/00 BOR000001 €10,000,000.00 LINE 3 2026 1400010409 G/72C/47009/00 BOR000001 €2,000,000.00 Second. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the provisions of the Order of April xx, 2026, and by the rest of the regulations that are applicable at the moment in which it begins to produce its effects. Third. Object. In accordance with the provisions of section 1 of the Order of April xx, 2026, the aid is aimed at promoting the maintenance of activity and employment after the effects caused by various adverse meteorological phenomena suffered by self-employed workers and SMEs. Room. People who may be beneficiaries. Self-employed workers and SMEs provided for in section four of the Order of April xx, 2026 may be beneficiaries of the aid. In any case, self-employed workers and SMEs must meet the requirements established in section five of the Order of April xx, 2026. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. 1. The deadline for submitting applications for Lines 1 and 2 will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía and will end on June 30, 2026. 2. The deadline for submitting applications for Line 3 will begin the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía and will end on October 5, 2026. 3. Applications will be submitted, in accordance with the model application forms approved in this extract, exclusively electronically. 4. The form will be completed through the platform enabled for this purpose, which can be accessed through the catalog of administrative procedures available at https://juntadeandalucia.es/organismos/empleoempreaytrabajoautonomo/servicios/procedimientos/detalle/25989.html and will be addressed to the person in charge of the General Secretariat of Business and Self-Employment. 5.
