RESOLUTION OF 4/17/2026 OF THE ASTURIAN SCIENCE, BUSINESS COMPETITIVENESS AND INNOVATION AGENCY APPROVING THE CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES DIRECTED TO CLUSTER ORGANIZATIONS OF THE PRINCIPALITY OF ASTURIAS FOR THE YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries. 1.Public, mixed or private, non-profit organizations, with their own legal personality, with registered office in Asturias that provide business support services to companies located in the Principality of Asturias. 2. Cluster organizations of the Principality of Asturias that meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases and in the call. 3.Entities associated with the previous cluster organizations with headquarters or work center in Asturias. In no case may those companies that are in any of the cases contemplated in section 4.2, letters b and l, of the fourth Regulatory Base, as applicable, be granted the status of beneficiaries of this aid; or those that are subject to any of the dissolution cases established in current commercial legislation. Second.- Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies, by the Asturian Science, Business Competitiveness and Innovation Agency (hereinafter, the Agency) on a competitive basis, to cluster organizations and their associated entities, which develop collaboration and/or innovation improvement projects aimed at their members, for the year 2026. To be eligible, the projects must fall within one of the following lines: ? Creation of new cluster organizations. ? Dynamization of established cluster organizations. ? Collaborative projects in relation to the challenges of intelligent specialization. Third.- Regulatory bases. Resolution of July 2, 2024, of the Ministry of Science, Business, Training and Employment, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Asturian Science, Business Competitiveness and Innovation Agency, SEKUENS, for activities related to the promotion and promotion of R&D&i in the Principality of Asturias under a competitive competition regime (published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias, hereinafter BOPA, NUM. 134 of 10-VII-2024). Fourth.- Amount. The maximum total amount authorized to finance this call for aid in the financial year 2026 will be FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€500,000.00), charged to the Agency's budget, an amount that has been authorized by Resolution of the Presidency of the Agency dated April 7, 2026. The distribution of the budget of this call is as follows: - Creation of new cluster organizations: €50,000.00 - Dynamization of established cluster organizations: €303,000.00 - Collaborative projects: €147,000.00 Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications to the public call for these aid in the current fiscal year 2026 will be from the calendar day following the publication of the extract of the Call Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias, until 2:00 p.m. (peninsular time in Spain) on June 11, 2026.
