Subsidies to retail establishments and establishments providing personal services located on Gamazo Street in Valladolid at street level affected by the works of the AGUA DE VALLADOLID EPE Entity during the years 2024 and 2025

Official description of the call

By Resolution dated April 22, 2026, with file number EPE 176/2026 of the President of the Board of Directors of the Public Business Entity AGUA DE VALLADOLID, the Call for Subsidies is approved for retail establishments and establishments providing personal services located on Gamazo Street in Valladolid at street level affected by the works of the Public Business Entity AGUA DE VALLADOLID during the years 2024 and 2025. First. Beneficiaries: Retail establishments and establishments providing personal services located on Gamazo Street in Valladolid at street level affected by the works of the Public Business Entity AGUA DE VALLADOLID during the years 2024 and 2025 that meet the requirements referred to in the second base of the Regulatory Bases. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this aid is to contribute to the economic boost of the local commercial fabric in the areas directly affected by said works, alleviating the negative impact that their execution may generate on the economic activity of businesses located in their immediate surroundings. Third. Regulatory Bases: The regulatory bases of the call are published on the electronic headquarters of the Public Business Entity AGUA DE VALLADOLID. (https://www.aquavall.es) Fourth. Amount: Total amount: budgetary credit for a maximum global amount of 60,000 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the date of publication of an extract of this call in the BOP of Valladolid. The application will be submitted in the model attached as Annex I to this call. Sixth. Criteria for evaluating applications: The criterion for granting aid in accordance with the fourth base of the Regulatory Bases will be being a natural person or micro-enterprise that owns a retail commercial establishment and provides personal services at street level that, as a result of the works developed by the Public Business Entity Agua de Valladolid during the years 2024 and 2025 on Gamazo Street in Valladolid, demonstrates a decrease in income for each full month of the condition. with respect to the same months of the immediately preceding calendar year exceeding 400 euros. In this sense and given that the works have been developed in the years 2024 and 2025, the reference months of the immediately preceding calendar years will be July and August 2023 with respect to the first period of the work and July and August 2023 and June, September and October 2024 with respect to the second period of the work. In the same way and in accordance with the same fourth base of the regulatory bases, a second criterion for granting the aid will be the accreditation of the payment of current expenses for the minimum amount of 400 euros per month of taxable base for each full month of the condition. Current expenses will be understood as those described as an example in point 2 of the Fourth Base of the Regulatory Bases, that is: those allocated to supplies, personnel expenses, leases, and similar expenses. Seventh. Other information: Once the criteria referred to in the previous base have been accredited, the amount of aid to be received by each beneficiary will amount to 400 euros for each full month of illness until the credit is exhausted, unless it is extended. “Complete calendar month with accredited condition” will be understood as one in which the condition derived from the works has had a duration equal to or greater than 15 continuous or discontinuous business days within the same month, in accordance with the provisions of the Fourth Base of the Regulatory Bases. Individualized notification of the resolution of the call will be made to each beneficiary person or microenterprise and it will be published on the entity's electronic headquarters, indicating the beneficiaries, concepts and amounts granted and in the corresponding official bulletin through the National Subsidy Base. Given that the works on Gamazo Street have been carried out in 7 discontinuous months throughout 2024 and 2025, the maximum eligible amount per individual or micro-enterprise will be 2,800 euros.
