CALL FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE BAJO CINCA/ BAIX CINCA REGION TO CARRY OUT CULTURAL ACTIVITIES 2026

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: All the Town Councils of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region, which are not involved in any of the causes established in art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, general on subsidies. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to grant aid for carrying out cultural activities in which performing arts, musical and audiovisual shows by companies, groups or artists are scheduled in the municipalities of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca region during the year 2026. Third. Regulatory Bases General Ordinance approving the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region, published in BOPH No. 39 dated March 1, 2021. Fourth. Amount: This call is endowed with €14,000 charged to the budget application for fiscal year 2026 3340.48001. The Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region will finance up to 30% of the expenditure of the action with the following maximum limits based on the total population of the municipality (according to the data from the registry published by the IAEST): Municipalities with a population greater than 2,001 inhabitants: up to a max. of €4,500 subsidy Municipalities with a population between 1,501 and 2,000 inhabitants: up to a max. of €1,950 subsidy Municipalities with a population between 1,001 and 1,500 inhabitants: up to a max. of €1,500 subsidy Municipalities with a population between 501 and 1,000 inhabitants: up to €1,050 subsidy Municipalities with a population between 1 and 500 inhabitants: up to €600 subsidy Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. In accordance with the provisions of art. 14 of Law 39/2015, the documentation for this call, with the town councils being obligated to interact through electronic means, will be presented through the corresponding electronic registry. Sixth. Other information: The beneficiaries of the subsidies granted under this call are obliged to comply with the collaboration protocol of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region in sporting, cultural, social, festive or other activities and events.
