First. Beneficiaries The authors of doctoral theses presented for the examination of the doctorate degree, read and rated as outstanding cum laude, unanimously, between September 16, 2024 and September 15, 2026. Second. Purpose To distinguish those doctoral theses that, dealing with matters of economic, social or labor significance, are of special interest to Aragon. Third. Regulatory bases Order PRE/84/2016, of February 17, published in the BOA of February 24, 2016, modified by Order PRE/482/2019, of May 2, published in the BOA of May 17, 2019. Fourth. Amount The prize has a prize of 3,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline Until September 25, 2026. Sixth. Documentation Along with the application for participation (model available at https://www.aragon.es/tramitador/-/tramite/premio-cesa-trabajos-investigacion-concluidos-tesis-doctorales) the following must be submitted: The doctoral thesis in digital format A descriptive synthesis of the doctoral thesis in digital format, with an extension between 15 and 30 pages, in which the economic, social or labor significance of the work for Aragon will be justified. Where applicable, documentation accrediting representation, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Declaration responsible for compliance with the requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, as well as, to the extent applicable, those referred to in article 44.3 of Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, which approves the consolidated text of the Aragon Subsidies Law (included in the application for participation).
