Extract from the call: By Resolution No. CGC/2026/5585 of the Ministry of Primary Sector, Food Sovereignty and Water Security, of May 21, 2026, the “CALL FOR AN EXTRAORDINARY SUBSIDY AIMED TO COMPENSATE THE OIL PRODUCTION LOSSES IN THE OIL MILLS OF GRAN CANARIA, DERIVED FROM THE LACK OF OLIVES OF LOCAL ORIGIN DURING THE 2021/2022 TO 2024/2025 CAMPAIGNS.” An appeal for reinstatement may be filed against the aforementioned Resolution, on an optional basis and within a period of one month from the day following its publication, before the Island Government Council - whose resolution would put an end to the administrative procedure -, in accordance with arts. 114, 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations; or in case of not making use of said power, ADMINISTRATIVE CONTENTIOUS APPEAL before the Administrative Litigation Court of this City, within a period of TWO MONTHS counting from the day following receipt of the notification, in accordance with art. 46 of Law 29/98, of July 13, on the Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction. In the case of Public Administrations, instead of the indicated Administrative Appeal referred to in the previous paragraph, they may formulate, before the same Body indicated above and within a period of TWO (2) MONTHS, the Prior Request referred to in article 44 of the current Law of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, and failing that, within the same period, directly file a Contentious-Administrative Appeal before the Administrative Litigation Court of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Recipient: Natural or legal persons who own private oil mills located in Gran Canaria and who meet the following general and specific requirements may be eligible for the status of beneficiary of this subsidy. Purpose: The purpose of this extraordinary call is to regulate the procedure for granting subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for the owners of private oil mills in Gran Canaria. Regulatory Bases: General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria. Amount: 50,000.00 euros. Deadline for submitting applications: Applications to qualify for this call will be submitted within a period of TWENTY (20) BUSINESS DAYS, counting from the day following the day on which the extract of this call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas.
