Official description of the call
1. OBJECT To award a prize to the authors of the best research works by young people in the municipality who have completed the 2nd year of high school in the 2025/2026 academic year with the aim of promoting the spirit of research among the students of the municipality of Campllong, collaborating with the educational community, the students and their families to promote academic success. 2. REGULATORY BASES Specific regulatory bases approved by Plenary Agreement of Campllong City Council on May 14, 2024 and published in the BOP of Girona no. 97 of 05/20/2024 3. BENEFICIARIES Young people registered in the municipality of Campllong who have completed the 2nd year of high school during the 2025/2026 academic year and who have obtained a minimum grade of 5 in the research work. 4. AMOUNT The maximum amount allocated to this line of subsidies will be 500 euros. The expense will be covered by the application 326.48022 Research work awards Two prizes are established, with the following gross amounts: - A prize of €250, for the best research work on local Campllong themes (cultural, educational, artistic, historical, urban planning, environmental, etc.). - A prize of €250, for the best general research work. The jury may declare the awards void in the event that no works have been submitted or those submitted do not, in its opinion, reach sufficient quality and merit to be awarded. The jury may also choose to split the prize and award more than 2 works, if it considers it necessary and the quality of the works requires it. 5. PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The period for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the call on the notice board at the Campllong City Council's electronic headquarters and will be for a period of 10 business days. 6. FORM OF PRESENTATION The application for participation must be submitted according to the standardized model that appears as Annex 1 of the regulatory bases and a synopsis of a maximum of 2 pages must be attached, stating the personal motivation and the conclusions that have been drawn from the experience. Furthermore, the research work must meet the following requirements: - It must be original and unpublished and must have the approval of the management of the secondary education center where it was prepared. - They should preferably be presented in electronic format. - There cannot be the name of the participant. 7. WORK EVALUATION CRITERIA Those included in regulatory base number 9.
