Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/914528) First. Beneficiaries: All natural persons who are registered in Ontinyent, on the closing date of the application submission period, and who have not been beneficiaries of this subsidy in two immediately previous calls, may apply for this subsidy for the purchase of the same type of bicycles, and no more than one person from the same family unit may benefit, nor can more than one subsidy be requested per person, in each call. Legal entities that prove that they have their registered office or establishment open in Ontinyent may also be beneficiaries, with the same limitations as for natural persons. Second. Purpose: The aid object of this call will be used to cover the expenses derived from the purchase of electric bicycles, urban bicycles and kits for converting urban bicycles into electric ones. The kits must have the following minimum characteristics: 36 volts and 9 amps. Third. Regulatory bases: Regulatory Ordinance of the bases for the granting of financial aid for the purchase of electric bicycles, urban bicycles and kits for converting urban bicycles into electric ones, the full content of which has been published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia number 131, of 9.VII.2018. Room. Amount: 10,000 euros in charge of budget application 43100,17200,78000, SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY GRANTS Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPV until 08/31/2026.
