Call for the granting of Awards for the Academic and Personal Career of Compulsory Secondary Education Students of the municipality of Paradas, for the year 2026

Official description of the call

Mr. Mayor-President, considering the convenience of proceeding with the call for the granting of Awards for the Academic and Personal Career of Students of Compulsory Secondary Education of the municipality of Paradas, for the year 2026, procedure processed with file number 2026/SYU_01/000032. Considering the bases published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville number 224, of September 27, 2017. Considering that the Fourth Base of the aforementioned Bases establishes that the competent body to approve the call for subsidies will be the Mayor President of the Municipal Corporation through an express resolution that will specify the deadline for submitting applications. Considering the powers conferred by article 21.1, letters f) and s) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, on Bases of the Local Regime. Mr. Mayor-President, comes to order: First.- Approve the public call for the granting of Awards for the Academic and Personal Career of the Compulsory Secondary Education Students of the municipality of Paradas, for the year 2026. Second.- Appoint the members of the Assessment Commission, which will be made up of the following people: Heads: President: Mr. Francisco Javier Jiménez Morillas, Delegate Councilor for Culture, Celebrations, Environment and Animal Welfare. Member: Ms. Montserrat Vera González, Sociocultural Animator of the Department of Culture. Secretary: Mr. Jesús María Ruiz Pérez, Youth Promoter Agent of the Youth Department. Substitutes: President: Ms. Lorena Portillo Portillo, 1st. Deputy Mayor and Delegate Councilor for Social Welfare and Citizen Security. Member: Mr. José Antonio Brenes, Cultural Monitor of the Department of Culture. Secretary: Ms. Leticia Montero Saucedo, Administrative Assistant of the Department of Public Service and Statistics. Third.- Applications must be submitted within ten business days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Applications with their respective attached documentation will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the Paradas City Council and will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Paradas City Council, all without prejudice to the provisions of the article. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Law of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Fourth.- Authorize the expense to face the granting of subsidies, on the budget application 0000.323.48901 of the municipal budget for the year 2025, currently extended, in the amount of 4,000.00 euros. Fifth.- Provide the publication of the call on the Electronic Notice Board and Edicts of the Corporation, which is located in the electronic headquarters of the Paradas City Council "https://sede.paradas.es/", and in the Official Gazette of the Province through the National Subsidies Database. This is what the Mayor-President orders and signs, before the Secretary of the Corporation who attests.
