Official description of the call

The Local Government Board of the Olot City Council, in the session held on April 16, 2026, has approved the specific regulatory bases for the granting of the Ernest Lluch 2026 scholarship. Published in BOPG no. 88 of May 11, 2026, have been definitively approved as no claims have been submitted during the public exhibition period. Strategic Subsidy Plan for 2026, approved in plenary session on October 30 de2025.Specific regulatory bases for the grant aimed at promoting research in the field of social and human sciences in the area of the La Garrotxa region.Arts. 8 and 15 of Law 19/2014, of December 29, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (hereinafter LTC). Agreements: First.- Approve the public call for the granting of the ERNEST LLUCH SCHOLARSHIP within the City of Olot Scholarship framework for the year 2026. The scholarship is endowed with €4,500.00 and will be awarded to the best project unpublished on history, geography, literature, law, philology, art, economics or social sciences referring to the territorial scope of the La Garrotxa region. Second.- Establish that the maximum deadline for submitting applications will be September 30, 2026. Resolution: The jury's verdict, in accordance with the approved bases, will be made public throughout the month of November 2026. The bases can be consulted on the Olot and Olot City Council website. Culture.Third.- Order the registration and publication of this resolution in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), in accordance with the provisions of art. 20 of General Law 38/2003 on subsidies.
