First. Call. 1. Beneficiary Entities. 1. Private for-profit and non-profit training entities included in section 4.a).1 of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases may participate in this call and be beneficiaries of this subsidy, in the province of Cádiz; specifically, in Line 1, private training entities and, in Line 2, private for-profit and non-profit training entities. 2. Private training entities included in section 4.a).1 of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases may participate in this call and be beneficiaries of this subsidy, in the provinces of Malaga and Seville, both on Line 1 and Line 2. 3. Public training entities, understood as the entities that make up the public sector, may not participate in this call in any of the three provinces, in accordance with article 2 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector. This point can be verified through the information contained in the Inventory of state, regional and local public sector entities approved by Royal Decree 749/2019, of December 27, which approves the Operating Regulations of the Inventory of State, Regional and Local Public Sector Entities, and the Inventory of Dependent Entities of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. 4. The following may attend: a) In Line 1, the entities mentioned in sections 1 and 2 that have centers of the Work Training System that are registered for the training offer requested in the Registry of Vocational Training Centers and Entities for Employment in Andalusia and/or in the State Registry of Work Training Entities, in accordance with article 25 of the Royal Decree 438/2024, of April 30. b) In Line 2, the entities mentioned in sections 1 and 2 that have centers of the Vocational Training System authorized in Andalusia for the requested training offer, in accordance with article 197 of Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, by which the organization of the Vocational Training System is developed, and included in the Registry of Vocational Training Centers and Entities for Employment in Andalusia. 5. To be beneficiaries, entities must meet the requirements established in section 4.a).2 of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases and these must be in force on the date of submission of the corresponding application. 6. In no case may those in which any of the circumstances provided for in section 4.c) of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases occur obtain the status of beneficiary entity. Third. Object. 1.
