First. Call. Beneficiary Entities. 1. The following may participate in this call and be beneficiaries of this subsidy: a) Private for-profit and non-profit training entities included in section 4.a).1.º of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases. b) Public training entities of local corporations, those included in section 4.a).1 of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases, referred to in article 46 of Annex II, economic classification of the state of expenses, of the Order of July 7, 2020. 2. They may attend the following lines: a) In Lines 1 and 2, entities that have centers of the Work Training System that are registered for the training offer requested in the Registry of Vocational Training Centers and Entities for Employment in Andalusia, in accordance with article 25 of Royal Decree 438/2024, of April 30. b) In Line 3, entities that have centers of the Vocational Training System authorized in Andalusia for the requested training offer, in accordance with article 197 of Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, by which the organization of the Vocational Training System is developed, and included in the Registry of Vocational Training Centers and Entities for Employment in Andalusia. 3. To be beneficiaries, entities must meet the requirements established in section 4.a).2 of the summary table of the regulatory bases and these must be in force on the date of submission of the corresponding application. 4. Under no circumstances may those in which any of the circumstances provided for in section 4.c) of the summary table of the regulatory bases occur obtain the status of beneficiary entity. Third. Object. 1. The start-up and implementation of training activities will be subject to public subsidy, understood as the set of training actions whose purpose is to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and competencies in a specific area, which may be carried out in person, using methodologies adapted to the needs of the students and the training objectives. 2. The territorial scope of competitiveness is limited for the three lines to the province of Córdoba. 3. The training offer includes both the offer linked to training specialties of the Catalog of Training Specialties of the National Employment System, called "on-the-job training offer", and the offer referring to the training of Grades C of the Vocational Training System, called "vocational training offers for working people".
