First. Call. The procedure is called for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the realization of artistic residencies (hereinafter residencies), at the Center for Contemporary Creation of Andalusia in Córdoba (hereinafter C3A) by individuals, associations and other legally constituted non-profit legal entities. Second. Beneficiaries. Natural persons, associations and other legally constituted non-profit legal entities may apply for the subsidies subject to these regulatory bases. Third. Object. The subsidies for artistic residencies at the C3A are intended to contribute to the financing of the expenses derived from the temporary stay of an artist at the C3A for a period of three months in order to develop an artistic project during that time. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, for artistic residencies in the C3A, approved by Order of the Ministry of Culture and Historical Heritage, of July 6, 2021 (BOJA number 135, of July 15, 2021). Fifth. Financing and amount. 1. The granting of the subsidies will be financed from the budget expenditure item 1932010000 G/45G/78000/00, with the maximum total amount allocated to this call being €85,000, being limited, in any case, by the existing budget availability and the payment being distributed in the following annuities: YEAR BUDGET ITEM AMOUNT 2026 1932010000 G/45G/78000/00 €42,500 2027 1932010000 G/45G/78000/00 €42,500 2. According to article 6.4 of the regulatory bases, any sudden increases in the available credit will enable a complementary resolution of the concession of the subsidy that includes applications that, even though they meet all the requirements, have not been beneficiaries due to exhaustion of the same. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from 00:00 on the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, ending at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the deadline. If this is a non-business day, it will end at 11:59 p.m. of the next business day. Seventh. Other data.
