Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Line 1: Individual Athletes. The achievement of achievements set for each type of aid in “Base 25.- Types of aid for individual athletes” within the eligibility periods of the expenditure expressly established in the call itself. Have Spanish nationality. Be registered in Dos Hermanas at least one year prior to the end date of the application submission period, expressly established in the call. Have the corresponding federal license in force. Accredit by the corresponding Federation having participated in individual sports modalities, in some of the following official competitions: Andalusian, Spanish, European, World Championships, Olympics or Paralympics, having obtained sporting achievements exclusively on an individual basis, as established in the specific base "Base 25.- Types of aid for individual athletes." Accredit by the corresponding Federation having participated in team sports, in the Olympics or Paralympics, World Championships or European Championships. In any case, those athletes who have proven sporting achievement in team sports will not be eligible for the corresponding aid, if the club in which they are active has been a beneficiary of aid in any of the remaining calls for grants awarded by the Sports Delegation of the Dos Hermanas City Council during the same year as the call for grants for applying to the Federated Sports Aid line. Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, as well as not maintain public law debts with the Dos Hermanas City Council, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and this circumstance must be maintained until the moment of granting and, where appropriate, payment of the subsidy. Have duly justified the municipal subsidies that they may have previously obtained from the Dos Hermanas City Council, unless their justification period has expired. Have duly carried out the publicity and public dissemination of the municipal subsidies previously received from the Sports Delegation of the Dos Hermanas City Council, unless the deadline established for this has expired. Line 2: Sports clubs and entities that are registered in the corresponding registry of the General Directorate of Sports of the Junta de Andalucía. Be legally constituted in accordance with current regulations and be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Excmo. Dos Hermanas Town Hall. Said registration must be at least two years old, counted uninterruptedly prior to the end date of the application submission period for the corresponding call. Have its domicile and headquarters in the city of Dos Hermanas and that its statutes are duly registered with the Excmo. Dos Hermanas City Council with a minimum of two years of service. Be registered in the respective official territorial, regional or national federations. Be carrying out federated sporting activity effectively, at least during the sporting season immediately preceding the corresponding call for subsidies.
