BDNS (Identif.): _______ In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in the present BOJA. First. Call. The subsidies corresponding to line 6 regulated in the Order of October 5, 2020, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in a non-competitive competition regime aimed at reconciling personal, family and work life in Andalusia (hereinafter regulatory bases) are called for the year 2026, under a non-competitive competition regime: Line 6. Subsidies for carrying out information activities, awareness, dissemination and dissemination on equality in the work environment and reconciliation of personal, family and work life by city councils, local autonomous entities, associations and local consortia, as well as by public entities linked to them, in Andalusia. Second. Regulatory bases. The application, granting and application of these subsidies will be governed by what is established in the regulatory bases, by this call and other applicable regulations. Third. Eligible concepts. Eligible activities and projects must be framed in the eligible concepts provided for in section 2.a) of the Summary Table of the line called (hereinafter Summary Table). Room. Entities that can apply for subsidies and requirements they must meet. City councils, autonomous local entities, associations and local consortia of Andalusia, as well as public entities linked to them, may apply for the subsidies that are the subject of this call, in accordance with section 4.a).1º of the regulatory bases and that comply with the requirements established in section 4.a).2º of the regulatory bases. Fifth. Maximum amounts and period within which eligible expenses must have been incurred. 1. In accordance with section 5.a) of the Summary Table, the amount of the subsidy to be granted in this line may not exceed, in any case, for each project or activity, 100% of the approved budget, nor the maximum amount established in that section, which amounts to 2,000.00 euros, in order to comply with the literal provisions of section 5.a) of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases corresponding to line 6. 2. The The execution period of the activities must be from the date of submission of the application to the end date of the execution period established in the concession resolution, in accordance with section 5.d) of the Summary Table. Sixth. Budget credits. The granting of the subsidies will be made from the budgetary appropriations available in budget position G/31C/46001/00 01 of program 3.1.C. Safety, Health and Labor Relations, of the Ministry of Employment, Business and Self-Employment, for the amount detailed below: SUBSIDY LINE BUDGETARY ITEM ANNUALITY 2026 Line 6. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be ten business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía.
