In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The subsidies provided for in the Order of February 26, 2024, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, to municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia adhered to the Network of Bullfighting Municipalities of Andalusia for actions to promote and encourage bullfighting, modified by the Order of May 5, 2026, are called for the financial year 2026. 2026. Second. Beneficiaries. All municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia that are members of the Network of Bullfighting Municipalities of Andalusia will be eligible for the subsidies covered by this call for actions to promote and encourage bullfighting. Third. Object. Actions to promote, encourage and support bullfighting in all its cultural and artistic manifestations in Andalusia will be subsidized, as well as other actions to inform and raise awareness among the population about the importance of bullfighting as a hallmark of Andalusian culture and about the need for its defense from a socially responsible attitude both by citizens and by public and private entities, in accordance with the provisions of section 2.a) of the Summary Table of the Rules. Regulators. Room. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases are made up of: 1. An articulated text approved by Order of December 20, 2019 (BOJA number 249, of December 30), which will be considered an integral part of the regulatory bases that are approved by virtue of this standard, as well as the standard forms of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime. 2nd Order of February 26, 2024, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, to municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia adhered to the Network of Bullfighting Municipalities of Andalusia for actions to promote and encourage bullfighting (BOJA Number 47, of March 7, 2024), modified by the Order of May 5, 2026 (BOJA Number 88, May 11, 2026) Fifth. Amount. The subsidies granted to finance activities subject to the aforementioned Order will be financed from budget item 0100010000 G/22B/46005/00, with the maximum total amount allocated to this call being 200,000 euros. In accordance with the provisions of section 5.a) of the Summary Table of the Regulatory Bases, the maximum percentage of the subsidy is 80% of the tax base of the amount of the project of the action to be subsidized, with a maximum amount of 4,000 euros and a minimum of 800 euros to be granted to each City Council. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, and in the second and third instructions of the Joint Instruction of the General Intervention of the Junta de Andalucía and the General Secretariat for Administration.
