First. Call. Beneficiary Entities. 1. Private entities included in section 4.a).1 of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases may participate in this call and be beneficiaries of this subsidy, with the exception of the non-profit institutions referred to in article 48 of the economic classification of the statement of expenses of the Budget of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. 2. Public training entities, understood as the entities that make up the public sector, may not participate in this call, in accordance with article 2 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector. This point can be verified through the information contained in the Inventory of state, regional and local public sector entities approved by Royal Decree 749/2019, of December 27, which approves the Operating Regulations of the Inventory of State, Regional and Local Public Sector Entities, and the Inventory of Dependent Entities of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. 3. They may attend the following lines: a) On Lines 1 and 3, entities that have centers of the Work Training System that are registered for the training offer requested in the Registry of Vocational Training Centers and Entities for Employment in Andalusia and/or in the State Registry of Work Training Entities, according to the modality of delivery, in accordance with article 25 of the Royal Decree 438/2024, of April 30. b) In Line 2, entities that have centers of the Vocational Training System authorized in Andalusia for the requested training offer, in accordance with article 197 of Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, by which the organization of the Vocational Training System is developed, and included in the Registry of Vocational Training Centers and Entities for Employment in Andalusia. Third. Object. 1. The start-up and implementation of training activities will be subject to public subsidy, understood as the set of training actions whose purpose is to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and competencies in a specific area, which can be carried out in person and via remote training, using methodologies adapted to the needs of the students and the training objectives. 2. The territorial scope of competitiveness is limited to the province of Cádiz. 3. The training offer includes both the offer linked to training specialties of the Catalog of Training Specialties of the National Employment System, called "on-the-job training offer", and the offer referring to the training of Grades C of the Vocational Training System, called "vocational training offers for working people".
