First. I SEPTEMBER 15, 2026 – MARCH 2027 YES Groups further away from the Labor market LEVEL 1 *Residence of the applicant in a DISFAVORED URBAN AREA-ZNTS DOS HERMANAS according to the definition of the Local Intervention Plan in disadvantaged areas of Dos Hermanas within the framework of ERACIS (IBARBURU, COSTA DEL SOL, LA JARANA, MIRAVALLE, LOS MONTECILLOS, EL CHAPARRAL, CERRO BLANCO). Second. Requirements: According to point 3.2.1 of the THIRD basis of the Modification of the regulatory bases for Participation in the CLAVE DH project, in general it is an essential requirement that the applicant be unemployed and registered as a job seeker in the Andalusian Employment Service. According to the table in point FIRST of this call, for some insertion itineraries, unemployed people furthest from the labor market will be prioritized, which are listed below: 1. Long-term unemployed people. For the purposes of this assessment, they are those people who have been unemployed continuously for at least 1 year (twelve months or more). 2. People over 45 years of age, particularly women. 3. People with a disability equal to or greater than 33%. 4. Third country nationals and people of foreign origin. 5. Minority participants. 6. People in a vulnerable socioeconomic situation, including those who are in a situation or risk of poverty, social exclusion or discrimination in its many facets, accredited by a Social Services report. In the absence of impairment in meeting the training needs detected at the local level, the participation of unemployed people residing outside the locality may be admitted. According to the table of training itineraries in point FIRST of this sixth call, a specific requirement is to be in possession of the qualification required by the professional certificate corresponding to the specialty, and which corresponds to the following: LEVEL 1: No studies are required. You must have sufficient knowledge of reading, writing, comprehension and calculation. To do this they must pass a level test. LEVEL 3: Higher Technician Title. Technician Title (Medium Grade). Bachelor's degree or equivalent for access purposes. Have completed the studies leading to the Bachelor's degree regulated by Law 14/1970, of August 4, General Education and Financing of the Educational Reform (BUP) or academic certification of passing all the subjects leading to obtaining the Bachelor's degree regulated by Law 14/1970, of August 4, after completing the third year of said courses. Level 2 or 3 Professional Certificate. Certificate of competence included in the offer to be made. Have passed an access test to higher-level training cycles. Have passed the university entrance test for those over 25 years of age and/or over 45 years of age. Have passed a specific preparatory training course for access to higher degree cycles in public or private centers authorized by the educational administration. Have the necessary key skills accredited: Spanish language, mathematics and English (if applicable). Third. Regulatory bases.
