BDNS In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Purpose and regulatory bases. 1. The purpose of this call is to subsidize, by 2026, subsidies aimed at promoting the incorporation of people with disabilities into the ordinary labor market, by supporting the development of measures aimed at promoting access to and maintenance of employment, as well as the adaptation of jobs for people with disabilities. 2. The regulatory bases of this program are included in the Order of June 16, 2025, of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the Program for prospecting, intermediation and support in the workplace for people with disabilities who have greater difficulties in finding work. Second. Beneficiary entities and requirements. Associations, foundations and other non-profit entities that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of Aid 1: a) Their corporate purpose, among others, is job placement or job creation for people with disabilities. b) Have accredited experience in the development of labor inclusion programs for people with disabilities. c) Carry out eligible actions free of charge, without charging or receiving any type of amount or fee from workers or employers. d) Accredit the insertion of people with disabilities with greater difficulties in accessing the regular labor market, as a result of the prospecting and intermediation actions they have carried out. e) Have registered and tax domicile in Spanish territory 2. The beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Order must meet the following general requirements: a) Be up to date with compliance with their tax and Social Security obligations, as well as up to date with the payment of contributions to the professional mutual society in the case of registered professionals. b) Not have debts in the executive payment period with the Community of Madrid, unless they were duly guaranteed. c) Have carried out the occupational risk prevention plan referred to in article 16 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 f) of Law 2/1995, of March 8, on Subsidies of the Community of Madrid. d) Entities that meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not obtain beneficiary status. Third. Eligible expenses and amount of the subsidy. Aid 1: Subsidy for the financing of the prospecting and intermediation actions necessary to achieve the insertion, into the ordinary labor market, of people with disabilities with greater difficulties in accessing the ordinary labor market. This subsidy is established in the form of an economic module in accordance with the conditions provided for in article 76 of the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. The subsidy is intended to compensate for the expenses derived from the prospecting and intermediation actions included in section four, point 1, linked to the objective of insertion into the ordinary labor market of the recipients of this aid. For this purpose, a subsidy of 3,000 euros is established for each hiring of a person with a disability as provided for in section seven point 1, achieved by the entities provided for in section six point 1, for a duration equal to or greater than six months, within the eligible period established in section five point 1. The requirement of duration equal to or greater than six months will be deemed met if the worker has been hired through one or several contracts whose total sum reaches at least six months, provided that said contracts have been concluded. within a period of nine consecutive months.
