BDNS In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Purpose and regulatory bases. 1. The purpose of this call is to subsidize, by 2026, subsidies aimed at promoting the incorporation of people with disabilities into the ordinary labor market, by supporting the development of measures aimed at promoting access to and maintenance of employment, as well as the adaptation of jobs for people with disabilities. 2. The regulatory bases of this program are included in the Order of June 16, 2025, of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the Program for prospecting, intermediation and support in the workplace for people with disabilities who have greater difficulties in finding work. Second. Beneficiary entities and requirements. 1. Beneficiaries of Aid 3 may be natural or legal persons, understood as commercial companies, cooperatives, labor companies, non-profit entities and, even if they lack legal personality, communities of property and communities of owners, who have hired a person with a disability to provide services in work centers located in the Community of Madrid, who occupies a job that has been adapted. Said adaptation must be accredited. 2. The beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Order must meet the following general requirements: a) Be up to date with compliance with their tax and Social Security obligations, as well as up to date with the payment of contributions to the professional mutual society in the case of registered professionals. b) Not have debts in the executive payment period with the Community of Madrid, unless they were duly guaranteed. c) Have carried out the occupational risk prevention plan referred to in article 16 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 f) of Law 2/1995, of March 8, on Subsidies of the Community of Madrid. d) Entities that meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not obtain beneficiary status. Third. Eligible expenses and amount of the subsidy. Aid 3: Subsidies for the adaptation of jobs, provision of personal protective equipment necessary to avoid accidents at work for people with disabilities hired or to eliminate barriers or obstacles that prevent or make their work difficult. The amount of this aid will be 2,000 euros, and in no case may it exceed the real cost of the duly justified adaptation, provision or elimination of barriers. The body competent in matters of employment support programs may request a report from the Labor and Social Security Inspection or from the entity or body that is competent to verify the adequacy and need of the adaptation to be subsidized. Room. Eligible period and financing. The eligible period for the aid established in the third section of this call begins on September 3, 2025 and ends the day following the publication of this call, in the form of an extract, in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. The Order will be endowed with 900,000 euros from Program 241 M Promotion and Promotion of Employment, management center 200150000, subconcepts 49102 and 77309, of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for the year 2026, financed with funds from the budget of the State Public Employment Service, with the following breakdown: 50,000 euros, Charged to expenditure subconcept 77309 of the General budgets of the Community of Madrid for the year 2026, it will be used to finance the granting of Aid 3 subsidies.
