Second: Purpose The aid will consist of the contribution by the University of Alcalá of 34% of the cost of the credit price for first registration. The remaining 66% of the aforementioned cost must be paid by the person receiving the aid. Awards and selection criteria To obtain the aid, the following requirements must be met: 1) Be admitted to the Master's Degree in Research referred to in this call and have paid the corresponding place reservation. 2) Not be in possession of a degree that allows access to Doctoral studies. 3) Be a resident in Spain or in another country of the European Union. 4) Prove at least one of the following circumstances: a. Have an average grade higher than 6 points in the university degree file that gives access to the Master's Degree. b. Have enjoyed a collaboration scholarship during the studies that give access to the Master. c. Have enjoyed a scholarship funded by a research project or contract during the studies that give access to the Master's Degree. To prove the above circumstances, the documentation detailed in each of the Calls must necessarily be provided. Resolution and Claim The Resolution of this call for aid adopted by the Vice-Rector for Postgraduate Studies, Continuing Training and University Extension, will be communicated by email to interested persons. Against said Resolution, interested persons may file an Optional Appeal for Reinstatement before the Vice-Rector's Office for Postgraduate Studies, Continuing Training and University Extension within a period of one month counting from the day following the date of its notification. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the interested parties may directly file a Contentious Administrative Appeal before the Contentious Administrative Courts of Madrid, within a period of two months counting from the day following the date of their notification. This Appeal may not be filed until it is expressly resolved, or the tacit dismissal of the Appeal for Reinstatement has occurred, if it had been filed.
