SUBSIDIES FOR PROJECTS TO IMPROVE THE EMPLOYABILITY CONDITIONS OF PEOPLE AT RISK OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION FROM THE MUNICIPAL SOCIAL SERVICES OF THE CÓRDOBA CITY COUNCIL – YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries and requirements to apply for the subsidy. Those entities that, at the end of the application submission period, meet each and every one of the following requirements may acquire the status of beneficiaries and apply for the subsidy: Have legal personality and are non-profit. The corporate purpose or purposes of the entity must be limited to the social sphere. Not being in any of the prohibition cases for obtaining the status of beneficiary of subsidies established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of Córdoba. Not have any subsidy from the Excmo pending justification. Córdoba City Council for reasons attributable to the entity. Be up to date in compliance with your tax obligations with the State, the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and the Hon. Córdoba City Council, and in front of Social Security. Be up to date with the payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies with the Hon. Córdoba City Council. Each and every one of the requirements indicated above to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidy must be maintained until the end date of the execution period. In any case, each applicant entity must prove compliance with the above requirements in the manner specified in the Seventh and Eighth Bases of the Regulatory Bases of the subsidy. This Call may be attended individually or jointly with other organizations. In the latter case, all the entities that make up the group without personality must comply with the requirements indicated above and those established in letter b) of article 4.1 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Córdoba City Council, and must indicate in the application the execution commitments assumed by each member of the group, the amount of subsidy to be applied by each of them and the identity of the representative or sole representative of the group that they have appointed, with sufficient powers, to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to said group. The component members, who will also be considered beneficiaries, will be jointly and severally responsible for the success of the subsidy, and will not be able to dissolve the group until the prescription period provided for in articles 39 and 65 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, has elapsed. Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of article 13.2.i) of the merited Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the aforementioned groups will not be able to access the status of beneficiary when any of the prohibitions contemplated in the aforementioned article 13.2 occur in any of their members. In addition to those entities in which any of the circumstances established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, occur, the following institutions and services dependent on the State may not acquire the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies object of this Call. The Autonomous Administrations. Local Corporations. Public and private companies. The entities that, after having submitted the application individually, decide to attend through a group of those provided for in letter b) of section 1 of article 4 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the City Council of Córdoba, or vice versa. Second.- Object. The purpose of this Call, together with the Regulatory Bases, is to establish the legal regime and the competitive bidding procedure applicable to subsidies from the Delegation of Social Services of the Excmo. Córdoba City Council, which aims to promote the development of projects to improve the employability conditions of people at risk of social exclusion residing in the municipality of Córdoba, as a complement to the powers and activities conferred by said Delegation, as well as to call for the aforementioned subsidies for the current year 2026. The budgeted expenses of those projects to be developed in the municipality of Córdoba that, meeting the requirements, will be fully or partially subsidized required in the Regulatory Bases and
