Official description of the call

BDNS IDENTIF: 920265 In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias). FIRST: BENEFICIARIES: Non-Governmental Organizations that meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidies regulated in this call: In the case of associations and foundations, they must be legally constituted as such and registered in the Registry of Associations or Foundations of the Community of Madrid and/or in the National Registry of Associations or Foundations. Be registered in the Registry of Non-Governmental Development Organizations attached to the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), before the publication of the annual call by the Fuenlabrada City Council. Registration in this registry assumes that the entities are private organizations, legally constituted in Spain, non-profit, with statutes that indicate that they are dedicated to international cooperation for development and that they have a sufficient structure to work in this field. Accredit the experience and operational capacity that are necessary to achieve the objectives proposed in the project. Be up to date with payment of tax obligations before the Tax Office of the Fuenlabrada City Council (OTAF), in the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT) and Social Security, as well as comply with the requirements that General Law 38/2003 on Subsidies establishes to obtain beneficiary status (arts 11 and 13). Have a headquarters or delegation in the Community of Madrid, understood as a delegation that has permanent staff of the organization, whether hired or volunteer, and a fixed location where they can carry out their activities. Have a local partner or counterpart in the country where the Project is going to be developed. Have sufficient structure to guarantee the fulfillment of its purposes and be able to accredit the experience, financial and operational capacity to achieve the objectives proposed in each project or program presented. Those entities that are involved in a refund procedure or that have pending approval of the justification of a subsidy previously granted by this City Council for the same object and/or that have not presented the justification of any other subsidy received from the City Council after the deadline for this has elapsed. SECOND. OBJECT: The purpose of this call for subsidies is to grant competitive aid to NGDOs to support projects that promote the reduction of poverty, fight against social inequalities, promote sustainable human development and raise awareness among residents of the need and usefulness of collaborating with Foreign Cooperation projects, following the objectives set by the 2030 Agenda. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES: The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. AMOUNT: The budget allocated to this call amounts to a total of €70,000.00, charged to the 2026 budgetary year, expenditure application 4081.924.48905, according to detail: EXPENDITURE AMOUNT € NUMBER OF ENTITIES COOPERATION ACTIONS 35,000.00 1 35,000.00 1 TOTAL 70,000.00 2 Only two projects will be subsidized for a maximum of 35,000 euros each. The eligible period for carrying out the project will be between 05/01/2026 and 04/30/2027. FIFTH. DEADLINE AND PLACE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: The deadline for submission of applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call, in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID. The standardized application model for obtaining the subsidies regulated in this call will be available on the electronic headquarters of the Fuenlabrada City Council: https://sede.ayto-fuenlabrada.es. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of the Fuenlabrada City Council.
