O SETMS, polo que se acorda iniciar o procedemento de concesión de indemnizacións por transporte marítimo e aéreo de mercadorías, con orixe ou destino en Melilla, realizado no ano 2025.

Descrición oficial da convocatoria

Primeiro. Call and Beneficiaries: Agree on the approval of the call for the Autonomous City of Melilla regulated in Royal Decree 332/2023, of May 3, for the granting of compensation corresponding to the maritime and air transport of certain goods with origin or destination in Ceuta and Melilla, carried out throughout the year 2025. The beneficiaries will be the persons, natural or legal, indicated in article 9 of the aforementioned Royal Decree and that meet the requirements of its article 10, it being necessary that the goods correspond to one of the following products: a) Products originating or processed in Melilla, according to its article 3. b) Raw materials and intermediate products, also called "inputs", necessary for the production of the products of the previous section, provided that they are not found in Melilla, according to its article 4. c) Merchandise in stock from imports intended for consumption by small and medium-sized companies commercial (SMEs) from Melilla, subject to the retail sales regime, according to article 5. d) Dangerous goods from Melilla or the rest of the European Union, according to article 6.1. e) Residuos xerados en Melilla, segundo o artigo 6.2. Segundo. Purpose: Compensation aimed at reducing the effective cost of transporting certain goods by sea and air between the City of Melilla and the peninsula, as well as that carried out between both autonomous cities, and between these and other territories of the Member States of the European Union and other signatory States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, carried out in 2025. Third. Regulatory bases: Royal Decree 332/2023, of May 3, which regulates compensation for maritime and air transport of goods originating or destined for Ceuta and Melilla, published in BOE no. 118, do 18 de maio de 2023. Cuarto. Amount: This aid will be financed from the credit entered in the budget application 17.20.56.441P.478.04 of the Expenditure Budget of the Government Delegation in Melilla, provided for in the General State Budget Law for the year 2023 extended for the year 2026, in an amount of 125,000 euros. Quinto. Prazo de presentación de solicitudes: Un mes contado a partir do día seguinte ao da publicación deste extracto no BOE. Sexto. Applications: Applications to obtain aid will conform to the model and content specified in the call and will be available to be completed and presented at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es
