SUBSIDIES, FOR CULTURAL ASSOCIATIONS, BROTHERHOODS AND BROTHERHOODS AND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF NEIGHBORHOOD FESTIVALS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

EXTRACT FROM MAYORAL DECREE NO. 2023/1926 DATED MAY 18, 2023, WHICH APPROVES THE REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR GRANTS, UNDER A REGIME OF COMPETITIVE CONCURRENCY, FOR CULTURAL ASSOCIATIONS, BROTHERHOODS AND BROTHERHOODS AND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF NEIGHBORHOOD FESTIVALS AND OTHERS ACTIVITIES. First. Beneficiaries In general, Cultural Associations, Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods and Neighborhood Associations, duly constituted and registered or in the process of doing so in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Alcalá la Real, may apply for these subsidies. Associations that want to apply for these subsidies must meet the following requirements: - Be legally constituted entities or in the process of doing so on a non-profit basis. - Be duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. - Be up to date with tax obligations with the Alcalá la Real City Council, the Tax Agency and Social Security. - Not have pending reimbursement or justification, outside the established deadlines, other subsidies granted by the Alcalá la Real City Council. - Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies indicated in article 13 of the LGS. a) Youth associations are excluded. b) The AMPAs. c) Sports associations and clubs. d) The mayors of the municipality of Alcala for the celebration of the patron saint and/or popular festivals of their villages. Second. Purpose. Promote among Cultural Associations, Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods and Neighborhood Associations the development of cultural projects and activities and/or organization of neighborhood festivals and other activities that are and/or have been carried out in the city of Alcalá la Real, linked to some of the matters included in art 4 of the bases. Third. Regulatory Bases. The rules applicable to this call appear on the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council: https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/doc/9H47GA7EHEPGFZK6MXMGMEZKR/.2 on its website https://alcalalareal.es/ and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Room. Amount. The budget allocation for the aid regulated in these bases will be a maximum global amount of €38,000.00, charged to the following budget applications of the extended 2022 Expenditure Budget. - Item 330 48901: €20,000 Cultural associations - Item 338 4890: €6,000 Street parties - Item 336 48000: €12,000 Brotherhoods and Heritage Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications and documentation will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Submission of applications after the deadline will constitute grounds for exclusion from the grant awarding procedure. The resolution of inadmissibility will be notified individually to the interested person in the terms of articles 40 to 44 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. Participation in this call must be processed through the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council website https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/ by filling out the standardized electronic form that will be signed electronically, by the legal representative of the entity, with the personal digital certificate (DNIe, etc.) and which will be accompanied by the documentation required in article 7. A single application will be submitted for each applicant Association or Entity. Submission of the subsidy application It presupposes knowledge and acceptance of the rules that regulate it. Interested parties who have difficulties in submitting their applications electronically may, before the end of the submission period, go to the General Registry of the Alcalá la Real City Council from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on business days, where they will receive help from the officials assigned to the Registry to carry out this procedure. All of this, without prejudice to the presentation in any other electronic record of public administrations or the rest of the subjects referred to in article 2.1 of Law 39/2015, of
