SUBSIDIES, FOR ASSOCIATIONS THAT DEVELOP PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL WELFARE 2023.

EXTRACT FROM MAYORAL DECREE NO. 2023/1939 DATED MAY 18, 2023, WHICH APPROVES THE REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR GRANTS, UNDER A REGIME OF COMPETITIVE COMPETITION, FOR ASSOCIATIONS THAT DEVELOP PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL WELFARE 2023. First. Beneficiaries In general, non-profit citizen participation associations, duly constituted or in the process of doing so and registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Alcalá la Real City Council, may apply for these subsidies. Associations that want to apply for these subsidies must meet the following requirements: a) Be legally constituted entities or be in process and non-profit. b) Be duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. c) Be up to date with tax obligations with the Alcalá la Real City Council, the Tax Agency and Social Security. d) Not have pending reimbursement or justification, outside the established deadlines, other subsidies granted by the Alcalá la Real City Council. e) Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies indicated in article 13 of the LGS. The following are excluded: a) Youth associations b) AMPAs. c) Sports associations and clubs. d) The Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods. e) Cultural associations. f) The mayors of the Alcalá municipality for the celebration of the patron saint festivities of their villages. g) Neighborhood associations and citizen participation. Second. Purpose To promote citizen participation in the municipality of Alcalá la Real in accordance with what is established in the basic general legislation on this matter, as well as in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Alcalá la Real City Council: a) Promote the skills and autonomy of people and groups, especially those with disabilities and/or dependency. b) Promote activities aimed at the inclusion of groups/groups of disadvantaged people or at risk of exclusion or social disadvantage in their coexistence environment. c) Promote citizen participation in solidarity, aid and social cooperation initiatives. d) Carry out activities aimed at improving the quality of life of the citizens of the municipality of Alcalá la Real. e) Take advantage of the synergies and resources of other groups, administrations or entities. f) Innovate and/or incorporate information and communication technologies to encourage citizen participation. g) Stimulate networking, solidarity and commitment. Third. Regulatory Bases The bases applicable to this call appear on the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council: https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/doc/6YWKKS6L45RWLFDXQJ9A9LEPQ/.5 on its website https://alcalalareal.es/ and in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Room. Amount. The budget allocation for the aid regulated in these bases will be a maximum global amount of €5,000.00, charged to budget application 2312 48901 “Other Transfers to Social Affairs Associations” of the extended 2022 Expenditure Budget. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications and documentation will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17. Submission of applications after the deadline will constitute grounds for exclusion from the grant awarding procedure. The resolution of inadmissibility will be notified individually to the interested person in the terms of articles 40 to 44 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. Participation in this call must be processed through the electronic headquarters of the Alcalá la Real City Council website https://alcalalareal.sedelectronica.es/ by filling out the standardized electronic form that will be signed electronically, by the legal representative of the entity, with the personal digital certificate (DNIe, etc.) and which will be accompanied by the documentation required in article 7.
