BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the National Subsidies Base http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans. First. Call. Subsidies to Local Entities of Andalusia are being called for the year 2023, in the form of concession under a competitive competition regime, for the financing of actions for the maintenance and operation of local consumer services in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, in the maximum amount of €812,259.70. which is specified and charged to the budgetary credits that are also indicated: Line Maximum amount Entities Maintenance and operation of local services in matters of consumption €732,259.70 Town councils in the territory of the Autonomous Community €40,000.00 Commonwealths of Andalusia €40,000.00 Provincial Councils Second. Beneficiaries. Municipalities, Provinces, Associations of municipalities and Local Autonomous Entities, through their competent bodies. Third. Object. Financing actions for the maintenance and regular operation of local consumer services in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Second. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, intended for Local Entities of Andalusia for the financing of actions for the maintenance and operation of local consumer services in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, approved by Order of May 27, 2022. As it is aid related to the consumption activity of local entities during the year 2022, the references made by the bases for the processing of complaint forms must be understood to be made both to Decree 82/2022, of May 17, which regulates the complaint and claim forms of consumers and users in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia (BOJA no. 95 of May 20) and to Decree 472/2019, of May 28, by which the forms are regulated. of complaints and claims from consumers and users in Andalusia and their administrative processing (BOJA no. 104 of 03/06) since during 2022 claims were processed by local entities based on both legal texts. Requirements to apply for the subsidy: Those indicated by article 3 of the Order of December 20, 2019, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior, which approves the standard regulatory bases and the standard forms of the Administration of the Government of Andalusia for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime (BOJA no. 249, of December 30) and in point 4 of the summary table of the Order of May 27, 2022 (BOJA no. 106 of June 6). The requirements in the application will be accredited through the responsible declaration made by a representative of the local entity. Two. Documentation to accompany the application. Those indicated by article 10 of the Order of December 20, 2019, of the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior, which approves the standard regulatory bases and the standard forms of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime (BOJA no. 249, of December 30). In the application submission phase it will be necessary to present Annex I provided for by this call. Three. Reformulation of requests.
