BDNS: 697971-697972-697973-697974-697975 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, it is proposed to publish the extract of the call, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in the BOJA: First. Call. 1. For the year 2023, the following subsidies regulated in the Order of November 17, 2018, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at the socio-labor integration of people belonging to groups in situations of social exclusion through Integration Companies in Andalusia, are called: a) Line 1. Incentives intended to finance the investment in fixed assets made. for the creation of jobs occupied by people in situations of social exclusion. b) Line 2. Incentives for hiring and/or maintaining jobs occupied by people in situations of social exclusion. c) Line 3. Incentives for hiring and/or maintaining jobs occupied by technical personnel in mentoring actions and support for socio-labor insertion. d) Line 4. Incentives for the labor insertion of people in situations of social exclusion in the normalized labor market. e) Line 5. Incentives for contracting technical assistance, which facilitates the viability of Insertion Companies. 2. This call will be open during the application submission period. In the event that the credit established in the second resolution is exhausted before the end of the aforementioned period, a resolution will be published in the Official Gazette of the Junta Andalucía for general knowledge. Said publication will end the deadline for submitting applications. Second. Legal regime. The subsidies granted under this call will be governed in all their aspects by the provisions of the Order of November 17, 2018, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at the socio-labor integration of people belonging to groups in situations of social exclusion through Integration Companies (BOJA no. 227, of November 23, 2018). 2018). Third. Object. In accordance with the provisions of section 1 of the Order of November 17, 2018 for each of the lines of subsidies, the objects of each of them are: 1. The incentives intended to finance the investment in fixed assets made for the creation of jobs occupied by people in a situation of social exclusion are intended to finance said investment in the following cases: a) A net increase in staff in Insertion Companies already created and qualified. b) The creation of a new Insertion Company. c) The opening of a new work center, prior communication to the Registry of Integration Companies of Andalusia. 2. Incentives for hiring and/or maintaining jobs occupied by people in a situation of social exclusion are intended to encourage new hiring, as well as the maintenance of jobs occupied by people in a situation of social exclusion hired by qualified and registered Insertion Companies in Andalusia. 3. Incentives for the hiring and/or maintenance of jobs held by technical personnel in mentoring and accompaniment actions for socio-labor insertion are aimed at hiring and/or maintaining technical personnel in charge of tutoring intervention and accompaniment actions for the development of a personal project for socio-labor insertion of people in situations of social exclusion. 4. The incentives for the labor insertion of people in a situation of social exclusion in the normalized labor market are aimed at incentivizing the Insertion Companies for each person in a situation of social exclusion that they manage to insert into the ordinary labor market through an indefinite contract as a consequence of a previous insertion process. 5. The incentives for contracting technical assistance are intended to subsidize technical assistance aimed at facilitating and guaranteeing the viability of Insertion Companies, through the financing of the c
