BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First section. Beneficiaries The organizations or associations of livestock farmers recognized by the Valencian Community. Second section. Object The object of the aid is the granting of subsidies for the promotion of Spanish native breeds contained in Annex I of Royal Decree 45/2019 of February 8, which establishes the zootechnical standards applicable to purebred breeding animals, hybrid breeding pigs and their reproductive material, updates the National Program for the conservation, improvement and promotion of livestock breeds and modifies the Royal Decrees 558/2001, of May 25; 1316/1992, of October 30; 1438/1992, of November 27; and 1625/2011, of November 14, and Order 15/2014, of October 20, of the Ministry of the Presidency and Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Water approved the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for the promotion of native breeds in danger of extinction described in Annex I and intended for organizations or associations of livestock breeders recognized by the Valencian Community. Third section. Regulatory Bases Order 15/2014, of October 20, of the Department of the Presidency and Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Water, which regulates the regulatory bases of subsidies intended for the promotion of native breeds in danger of extinction. Fourth section. Amount Corresponding to 100% of the budgeted amount in fiscal year 2022, for the maximum global amount of 24,000.00 euros Fifth section. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications in the year 2023 for the aid of this call will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
