Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Purpose and scope of the call The purpose of this resolution is to call in the year 2026, under a competitive competition regime, subsidies for entrepreneurs and SMEs to support the start and consolidation of their business project. Second. Financing For the year 2026, the aid called will be financed from line S1464 of budget program 322B00, chapter IV, up to an estimated maximum global amount of 2,005,618.13 euros, from the Generalitat's own funds. Third. Beneficiaries 1. Those who meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidies provided for in this call, which will be verified by the instructing body prior to the granting resolution: a) Be an entrepreneur, understood as such as natural persons (individual entrepreneurs), or SMEs with their own legal personality, who have undertaken in the last five years an economic or productive activity that offers a competitive advantage. The period of five years will be computed in the case of individual entrepreneurs, from the date of registration in the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) and, in the case of SMEs, from the date of registration in the Commercial Registry of the public deed of incorporation or in the corresponding registry according to its nature, and until the day of publication of this Resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. b) Have its registered office in the Valencian Community. c) That the business project is related to a booming sector of activity that offers future opportunities. For the purposes of this call, the following activities are considered to be booming: - Transport, sustainable mobility and logistics - Cybersecurity, digital, technological services and artificial intelligence - Environment, sustainable development, circular economy and renewable energies - Food sector - Rural world and Smart cities - Artistic, recreational and entertainment activities - Tourism and hospitality - Financial and real estate services - Sports, health, well-being and aesthetics - Care economy - Aerospace sector - Education Likewise, upon justification, another sector may be taken into consideration. boom. 2. Civil societies without their own personality, communities of property and non-profit entities are excluded. Room. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications and the supporting account will be from July 1, 2026 at 10:00:00 a.m. until July 31, 2026, both days included. Only applications that have been recorded in the electronic registry of the Generalitat until 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the submission period (official Spanish peninsular time) will be admitted.
