Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiary entities Private non-profit entities that develop specific programs to support independent living projects for people with disabilities and people with serious mental health problems and that meet the requirements established in the regulations governing subsidies. Second. Purpose Subsidy for the financing of specific programs that develop independent living projects for people with disabilities or people with serious mental health problems, through individualized itineraries, equipped with support services and complementary measures that facilitate personal autonomy and social inclusion. Third. Regulatory Bases Annex I of the Resolution of July 15, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for independent living projects through individualized itineraries and calls for applications for the year 2026. Fourth. Amount. 1. The subsidies granted, under this call, are endowed with a global amount of 1,000,000 euros. 2. An economic module of €2,000 per year is established for each person participating in an independent living project, up to a maximum of 20 participants per application (€40,000) Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Sixth. Other data. 1. Requests. Subsidy applications will be submitted exclusively electronically. 2. Documentation: that provided for in the Sixth Resolution of Annex II, the Resolution of July 15, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for independent living projects through individualized itineraries and calls for applications for the 2026 financial year. The application model will be available to interested parties on the Generalitat portal, accessing the sections “Prop Guide”, “Procedures and Services”. 3. Assessment criteria: In the evaluation of applications, a maximum of 100 points may be obtained, in accordance with the scale established by Base Eight of Annex I of the Resolution of July 15, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for independent living projects through individualized itineraries and calls for applications for the year 2026, with a minimum score of 60 points must be obtained for the granting of the subsidy.
