In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8. a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias Primero. Beneficiaries and conditions In application of article 8.3.a) of the Basic Order, the municipalities of the Valencian Community listed in the Annex to the call resolution, as well as their autonomous bodies and dependent or linked entities, may be beneficiaries of this program. Entities that incur any of the prohibitions established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose This call aims to grant subsidies for the hiring of unemployed people by the local entities of the Valencian Community listed in the Annex, with the aim of increasing their employability through the acquisition of work experience, carrying out actions whose main objective is the prevention of forest fires. Third. Regulatory bases Order 13/2024, of June 13, of the Department of Education, Universities and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the hiring of unemployed people by local entities of the Valencian Community. Room. Amount These subsidies will be financed for an estimated maximum global amount of 19,423,000 euros, charged to the following two sublines, both from chapter 4 of subprogram 322.C01 Employment Promotion: -CONV_2026 EMERGE (FSE/SEPE), subline code S028200004. Amount: 10,496,870 euros, funds from the State Public Employment Service. -CONV_2026 EMERGE, Subline code S028200018. Amount: 8,926,130 euros, funds from the State Public Employment Service. The amount of the subsidy will finance at least 4 contracts, the estimated cost of which amounts to 66,000 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
