RESOLUTION of July 8, 2026, of the general director of Labora Valencian Employment and Training Service, approving the call for the granting of subsidies for carrying out formal actions

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Approval of the call and indication of the regulatory bases for the subsidies Subsidies are called for the year 2026 under a competitive competition regime, for the implementation of training actions with hiring commitments, aimed at unemployed people within the Customized Training program for Companies, in application of Royal Decree 694/2017, of July 3, published in the BOE No. 159 of July 5, 2017 and the TMS Order 368/2019, of March 28, published in the BOE No. 78 of April 1, 2019, and other applicable development regulations, by which the regulatory bases for its concession are established. Second. Purpose In the Customized Training program for Companies, training actions aimed at unemployed people that include hiring commitments by the beneficiary entities will be financed. The hiring commitment will be established on a percentage of the total number of unemployed workers trained, which may not be less than 40% of these. This hiring commitment will be deemed fulfilled if within the deadline and methods of justification the employment contract of the students is accredited in the terms established in the call. Third. Beneficiary entities. Companies or business associations, as well as public or private training centers and entities, with presence in the territorial area of ​​the Valencian Community, will be beneficiaries of the subsidies, in accordance with the requirements established in the call. Room. Financing and amount The subsidies that are called under this resolution will be used to carry out training actions with hiring commitments aimed at unemployed people that will be financed with finalist funds from the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy. A maximum global amount of 2,500,000.00 euros is allocated to cover the subsidy from subsidy line S1487 of chapter IV of subprogram 322C02, of the extended budget of Labora Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación for 2026, as established in Decree 204/2025, of December 26, of the Consell, which will be distributed provincially based on the registered unemployment. The publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) of the budget law of the Generalitat for the financial year 2026 may imply a variation of the amount consigned in this call, which will be reported through publication in the DOGV. Any variation in the maximum global amount of the call that occurs must be processed in accordance with the provisions of Law 1/2015, of February 6, on Public Finance, the Instrumental Public Sector and Subsidies and in Decree 77/2019, of June 7, of the Consell, regulating the budget management procedure of the Generalitat. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this resolution in the DOGV.
