RESOLUTION of July 14, 2026 of the Minister of Industry, Tourism, Innovation and Commerce approving the regulatory bases and the call for the granting of subsidies to support the holding of digital transformation events

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities. Legal entities of a private nature, such as companies, associations or foundations, business and professional associations, professional associations, as well as the instrumental public sector of the Generalitat defined in article 2.3 of Law 1/2015, of February 6, on Public Finance, the Instrumental Public Sector and Subsidies, may have the status of beneficiary entities, in the terms established in the regulatory bases and in the call, as long as they meet the requirements established therein. Second. Object. The purpose of the resolution is to call, on a competitive basis, subsidies for the holding of events aimed at the digital transformation of society, in particular those that contribute to the dissemination and promotion of the digital society in the territory of the Valencian Community. For the purposes of this call, “event” is understood to be the conference, congress, seminar or similar or informative action on digital transformation, which may include presentations or information sessions. Actions of a strictly regulated training nature (courses or regulated teaching actions) will not be considered eligible for subsidy, in the terms of the regulatory bases and, in particular, training activities in the field of disruptive innovation and artificial intelligence will be excluded. Third. Amount. The subsidies that are called for the financial year 2026 will be financed from line S1135 of the budget subprogram 121H00, Advancement of the digital society, chapter IV, under the name "Support for the realization of digital transformation events", with an endowment of 100,000 euros for the financial year 2026, in accordance with the applicable budgetary regulations, coming from own funds, being in any case conditional its concession to the effective existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the Budget of the Generalitat for 2025 extended to 2026 and in the Budget for the year 2026. The financial allocation of this call may be increased by a maximum additional amount that is set at 200,000 euros, without the need for a new call, if any of the cases provided for in article 11.2 of the Decree occur. 77/2019, of June 7, of the Consell, regulating the budget management procedure of the Generalitat. The subsidy may finance up to 90% of the cost of the project, with a maximum amount of 10,000 euros per event or project, depending on the score obtained in accordance with the assessment criteria established in the regulatory bases. Room. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. The presentation will be carried out exclusively electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat, through the procedure enabled for this purpose.
