Official description of the call

BDNS (identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 9,17 and 23 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: (http/www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). Exhibit. Second. Purpose The purpose of these subsidies is to promote and collaborate in the maintenance of the school activity of these centers, contributing to their financing so that they can cover part of the expenses derived from the teaching activity and the operating expenses necessary to carry out the school activity corresponding to the 2025-2026 school year. Exhibit. Third. Financing These subsidies are financed from the credits of chapter IV of subprogram 422B00, budget line S0235, of the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2026, for a maximum global amount of 11,292,781.46 euros. Exhibit. Sixth. Eligible Period Expenses derived from the activity of the teaching staff and the operating expenses necessary for the development of the school activity of the 2025-2026 academic year, carried out from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, will be eligible. Octave. Applicant entities 1. Local entities or private entities that own centers mentioned in the first base, which are registered in the register of educational centers of the Valencian Community with the name provided for in article 3 of Decree 2/2022 of the Consell, may apply for these subsidies. 2. Local entities may subcontract up to 100% of the execution of the school activity through a concession in favor of a non-profit entity. The subcontracting of subsidized activities will comply, in any case, with the provisions of article 29 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and article 68 of its Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. 3. Private entities may not subcontract, either totally or partially, the execution of the school activity. Exhibit. Fourteenth. Form and deadline for submission 1. The call will be processed through the system of simultaneous application and justification, so the justification will be carried out, in general, through the documentation provided together with the application, in the terms provided for in these bases, without prejudice to subsequent requirements and verifications. 2. The processing and presentation of applications, attached documents, corrections and supporting documentation for the subsidy will be carried out exclusively by electronic means, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, through the following link: https://breu.gva.es/b/0v-3 Any application or documentation presented following a different procedure will be considered not submitted in due form and, consequently, will not be admitted. Contributions, allegations, justifications or corrections will not be accepted by procedures other than those provided for in this call. 3. In the case of municipal music or music and performing arts schools whose ownership corresponds to a local entity, both the application and the rest of the documentation must be submitted electronically signed by the natural person who presides over the municipal corporation. In the case of private entities, both the application and the rest of the documentation must be submitted electronically signed using a digital certificate of legal entity. Digital certificates must be issued by any of the certifying entities admitted by the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat. When the requesting entity acts through a representative, the representation must be accredited through the Representation Management System of the Technology and Electronic Certification Agency of the Valencian Community or another system valid in law. For the purposes of correct identification of the file and its financial management, the tax identification number entered in the application must match that of the entity that owns the center for which the subsidy is requested. 4.
