Extract from the agreement of the Local Government Board, dated July 24, 2023, which calls for Subsidies for the development of projects in the field of Social Welfare of the City Council of Valdepeñas for the Fiscal Year 2023. “In accordance with the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the City Council of Valdepeñas and the Regulatory Bases of the City Council of Valdepeñas for the granting of Subsidies for the development of projects in the field of Social Welfare and in compliance with the provisions of article 23.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, in relation to article 21.1.s) of Law 7/1985, Bases of Local Regime, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http:www.pap.minhap.gob.es/badnstrans): Object of the Call: The call for subsidies aims to contribute to defraying the expenses derived from carrying out intervention projects, as well as prevention, promotion, information and awareness-raising actions in matters of Social Welfare. These projects must be developed in the municipality of Valdepeñas in the financial year 2023. Beneficiaries: Legal entities that meet the requirements established in the Base will be eligible for the call for subsidies and therefore be beneficiary entities thereof. Third of the corresponding Regulatory Bases. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days and will begin from the day following the date of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. The submission of applications and the corresponding annexes will be governed by the provisions of Base Six of the corresponding Regulatory Bases. Budget credit and maximum amount: The subsidies granted under this call will be allocated. to the existing credit in item 23110.480.00 of the municipal budget for the year 2023, said item is endowed with 50,000 euros. The maximum amount of the subsidy to be granted may not exceed 100% of the total budget of the project presented and will be a maximum of 10,000 euros. Regulatory Bases: The Regulatory Bases of this Call were approved by Plenary Agreement dated March 4, 2019, which establishes the Regulatory Bases of the Valdepeñas City Council for the granting of subsidies for the development of projects related to Social Welfare in Valdepeñas (BOP of the Province of Ciudad Real, no. 92, May 15, 2019).
