FIRST. BENEFICIARIES. Individual sports clubs or associations with fiscal and social domicile in the capital that carry out their activity, both training and competition, in the capital and annexes of Ciudad Real that meet the requirements established below may be beneficiaries. SECOND. OBJECT. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of subsidies to clubs, sports associations and individuals with tax domicile in Ciudad Real capital and its annexes to finance the implementation of specific sports activities in the municipality of Ciudad Real and its annexes, and for the sector or promotion phases inside or outside the town. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES. The call will be published in the National Subsidies Database and an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real, in accordance with the procedure established in article 20.8.a) of the aforementioned General Subsidies Law, and in application of the principles of publicity, transparency, access to public information and good governance. ROOM. AMOUNT. The subsidies of this call will be financed from budget application 3410.48903 “One-off Subsidies to Sports Clubs and Associations” of the Expenditure Statement of the 2025 budget of the Municipal Sports Board, with a total budget for this call of €20,000. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. There will be two application periods, not linked to the date of publication of the call in the B.O.P., and which will correspond to events held in each of the periods indicated below: Period 1.- From December 16 of the previous year to September 1 of the corresponding year. Period 2.- From September 1 to December 15. Subsidy applications will be formalized and presented according to the model of this call (Annex I) and must be addressed to the Hon. Mr. Vice President of the Municipal Sports Board of the Hon. Ciudad Real City Council, signed by the legal representative of the requesting entity. The applications, together with the documents or reports that must accompany them, if applicable, will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Ciudad Real City Council at the following link: https://ciudadreal.es/subvenciones.html, without prejudice to the provisions of article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. SIXTH. OTHER DATA. In addition to the publicity inherent to any call subject to the General Law of Subsidies, it will be given the greatest possible dissemination among those who may be interested.
