Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and in the electronic headquarters of IMPEFE. (https://www.impefe.es) First. Beneficiaries. Self-employed workers, micro-enterprises, small businesses, communities of property and civil societies that carry out retail commercial activity in the municipality of Ciudad Real and have an establishment open to the public in the city may be beneficiaries, provided they meet the requirements established in the call. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to grant aid, on a competitive basis, aimed at financing investments and expenses aimed at modernization, digitalization, improvement of competitiveness, energy efficiency, accessibility, security and commercial image of commercial establishments located in the municipality of Ciudad Real. This subsidy will be governed in addition to the provisions of this resolution, by the current execution bases in each general budget of IMPEFE; Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; Royal Decree 887/2006 of July 21, which approves its Regulations, and Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this call are approved by the Municipal Institute for Economic Promotion, Training and Employment (IMPEFE) and are issued under the Regulatory Text of the General Bases for the Granting of Subsidies of the Ciudad Real City Council and its Autonomous Bodies, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real No. 42, of March 3, 2026, and the Call for Applications must be published. subsidies through the National Subsidies Database. Room. Amount. The maximum total amount allocated to this call amounts to EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND EUROS (€85,000.00), charged to budget application 4330.47200 “Competitive subsidy for the promotion of Small Business” of the IMPEFE budget for the year 2026. The aid will consist of a non-refundable subsidy of up to 70% of the eligible investment made, with an amount maximum of 6,000 euros per beneficiary. The minimum eligible investment will be 1,000 euros, VAT excluded. Fifth. Eligible actions. Investments and expenses made between January 1 and October 30, 2026 directly related to commercial activity will be eligible, among others: • Premises conditioning and renovation works. • Acquisition of furniture and commercial equipment. • Technological and computer equipment. • Commercial management software. • Development and implementation of web pages and electronic commerce. • Energy efficiency actions. • Security systems. • Accessibility actions. • Digitization and digital marketing. Sixth. Formalization and Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real until 11:59 p.m. on October 30, 2026. Applications will be submitted exclusively electronically through the IMPEFE electronic headquarters, at the address (https://sedescr.dipucr.es/impefe/ in the “COMPANY SUBSIDIES APPLICATION” section) according to the model. that is attached to these Bases (Annex I), duly completed, including the SELF-BAREMATION, it being mandatory to include an email address that facilitates communication with IMPEFE. Seventh. Granting procedure. The aid will be granted on a competitive basis, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.1 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Eighth. Evaluation criteria. In the event that the accepted applications exceed the available credit, they will be assessed in accordance with the criteria established in the call, related to the investment made, the digitalization and technological modernization actions, the improvement of accessibility, energy efficiency and the age of the business.
