MAYOR'S RESOLUTION OF AUGUST 4, 2023, OF THE BENIMODO CITY COUNCIL, CALLING FOR AID FOR REGULAR USERS OF THE SCHOOL DINING ROOM OF THE "LES MORERES" CHILDREN'S SCHOOL OF BENIMODO, YEAR 2022-2023

Official description of the call

This Corporation is aware of the economic effort involved in having children under 3 years of age in school and having to use the school cafeteria so that their parents can work. For this reason, the Benimodo City Council through this call wanted to help families face this important expense. Article 1. PURPOSE OF THE CALL The purpose of this call is to grant aid to students enrolled in the 2022/2023 academic year at the “Les Moreres” nursery school in Benimodo who have made regular and continuous use of the school cafeteria throughout the 2022/2023 academic year. Article 2. AMOUNT AND FINANCING OF THE AID The total amount of the aid will be financed from item 320.48004 of the City Council's budget for the year 2023 for a total amount of 2,000 euros. Article 3. BENEFICIARIES The beneficiaries of this aid will be those students who meet the following requirements: - Be enrolled in the “Les Moreres” nursery school in Benimodo for the 2022/2023 academic year. - Have used the school cafeteria regularly and continuously throughout the course. - Be registered in Benimodo, along with the rest of the members of the family unit in the municipality of Benimodo on the date of completion of the submission of applications and throughout the school year for which aid is requested. - That the applicant or the parents or legal representatives will have to meet the requirements established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, on the date of completion of the submission of applications. Students who have used the school cafeteria sporadically are excluded from this aid. Accreditation of these requirements will be carried out through a responsible declaration and authorization integrated into the application form. Article 4. MODALITY The aid will consist of a single payment, which will be determined after all applications have been resolved. In the event that the number of applications results in an amount greater than that allocated in the budget, the amount of each aid will be distributed proportionally according to budgetary availability. Article 5. PROCEDURE 5.1 ​​Application model and documentation to be submitted: Applications addressed to the mayor-president of the local corporation will be submitted using a specific model (ANNEX I) through the Benimodo City Council entry register or by electronic means (Benimodo City Council electronic headquarters). All of this, without prejudice to carrying out the registration in any of the places indicated for this purpose in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The documentation to be provided would be the following: - Specific aid application form (ANNEX I) duly completed and signed by the interested party if they are of legal age or by their legal representatives. In the event of separation, divorce or cessation of cohabitation, the application will be signed by the father or mother who was assigned guardianship and custody. When guardianship and custody is shared, both parents will have to sign the application. If applications are submitted for several siblings, the application must be formalized for each of them, but the documentation to be attached must not be duplicated, and your contribution in one of them will be sufficient. - In case of separation, divorce or cessation of cohabitation: court ruling and/or regulatory agreement or public document stating the custody of the minor, unless it had been presented in previous calls and there was no change or modification. In single-parent families: title that certifies the status of a single-parent family. - Photocopy of the page of the family book where the child beneficiary of the aid is registered. - Certificate of registration of the family unit or authorize ex officio the Benimodo City Council to compare these data. - Photocopy of the number. bank account where the aid must be transferred or document issued by the bank stating the account where you wish to receive the transfer. The account holder will be one of the requesting parents of legal age. - Authorization so that the city council can verify that it is up to date with Social Security, Local and State Treasury.
