CALL FOR THE 3RD ROUTE FROM DESDEJUNI OR L'ESMORZAR TO ALFAFAR, MOTTO: "WHAT ARE YOU MORE ABOUT, DESDEJUNI OR ESMORZAR ALFAFARENC?" - FINANCIAL YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

SUMMARY Resolution of the Local Government Board dated June 17, 2026 approving "Regulatory Bases and Call for the third Edition of the Route: del desdejuni o de l'esmorzar a Alfafar. And what are you more about, from desdejuni o esmorzar Alfafarenc?, fiscal year 2026." First.- Object and purpose The object of the Desdejuni o de l'esmorzar route to Alfafar, with the motto I tu de que hay más, de desdejuni o esmorzar Alfafarenc?, is to promote and publicize the gastronomic variety of the municipality, that is, the bars and restaurants located in the different neighborhoods of Alfafar. In this regard, with the aim of increasing local consumption in the restaurant sector, the residents of Alfafar will be able to enjoy the traditional gastronomic culture, as well as give way to creativity, breaking flavours, structures, textures, aromas and new forms of presentation of the traditional sandwich or toast and consuming variety at lunch or breakfast. These rules and their call are issued with the purpose of regulating the process of design, organization and realization of the second edition of the Route: del desdejuni o de l'esmorzar a Alfafar, with the motto I tu de què estar más, de desdejuni o esmorzar Alfafarenc?, guaranteeing equal treatment among all its participants, who must accept them in their entirety once the invitation to participate has been accepted. Second.- Legal Regime The following general bases and call for participation will be governed, in addition to their provisions, by the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Alfafar City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia number 24, of February 2, 2018, and for anything not provided for, the provisions of the current legislation on subsidies, as well as those that are applicable, will apply. Third.- Organizing Entity The organizing entity of the second edition of the Route: del desdejuni o de l'esmorzar a Alfafar, with the motto I tu, what are you more, from desdejuni o esmorzar Alfafarenc?, recognizing as such the one in charge of its management, coordination, maintenance, inspection, arbitration and constant improvement will be the Alfafar City Council through the Department of Commerce and Markets. The Alfafar City Council may cancel the celebration of this event in the event that there is not a minimum number of participants or for reasons not attributable to it. The Alfafar City Council expressly disclaims all responsibility for damages of any nature, which may be due to the manipulation and/or improper use of the route's services in the event that any establishment not attached to said route offers this service. Fourth.- Call for the campaign second edition of the Route: from June or from l'esmorzar to Alfafar, with the motto I, what are you more about, from from June or from esmorzar to Alfafarenc? It will be called through the means considered most appropriate to give maximum dissemination and facilitate maximum participation, such as, for example, the City Council's electronic bulletin board, press, radio, television, through posters, advertisements, etc. Likewise, it may be sent to the associations that make up the local commercial fabric. Participating establishments will enjoy free promotion on Alfafar Comercial's social networks, advertising on posters and information material and in any other media used to disseminate the Route. Fifth.- Participation Participation is free. Public establishments that meet all of the following requirements will be able to access: 1. That they are located and have an open establishment in the municipality of Alfafar or that the opening and activity license has been requested. 2. That they are hospitality professionals, registered in the Census of Taxpayers to provide services in restaurants, cafeterias, cafes and bars, ice cream parlors and bakeries, as well as businesses with restaurants. 3. Have civil liability insurance in force. 4. Be up to date with municipal obligations, as well as be up to date with tax obligations and Social Security. 5. All your staff in charge must have training in food handling. And where appropriate, labor legislation must be complied with. The Alfafar City Council will not have any relationship with the personnel in charge of the private establishments.
