Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The following activities may be subsidized: students who meet the following requirements: - Be enrolled as EI students. Mandarina for the corresponding academic year within the age range of 0-3 years, and those students whose age group is free cannot be beneficiaries as the regulations that are in force at any given time. - Be registered in Loriguilla and reside the entire family unit, at the time of the application, in Loriguilla during the corresponding academic year. To this end, a declaration will be submitted by the applicant that includes its members. - Be up to date with their obligations. tax obligations with the Loriguilla City Council as well as with the Tax and Social Security Agency in accordance with the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Loriguilla City Council, the General Subsidies Law and corresponding regulations. The following will not be subject to subsidy: those students who do not meet the aforementioned requirements, as well as for the following reasons: - For falsifying or failing to comply with any of the requirements established in these bases. - For submitting two applications in the name of the same person. - For having aid from another Public or Private Administration for the same concept. Second. Object. The purpose of the subsidy is to grant, by the Loriguilla City Council, aid to cover tuition costs at the Third Early Childhood Education Center. Regulatory bases. The Regulatory Bases are those corresponding to the Fourth Specific Ordinance. Amount. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed the amount that the nursery school has established as tuition fees from the activity's budget, with a maximum of 135 euros. The budget credit to which the concession is attributed is made under budget application 32300-48001 of the current Budget. The amount of the budgetary credit allocated for this purpose is €4,865. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The applications will be submitted together with the documentation required in the bases of the call by entry registration at the town hall within a period of FIFTEEN calendar DAYS, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia.
