Official description of the call
1. Purpose The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies by the Celrà City Council for the non-profit sports entities of Celrà for the 2022-2023 season. The main purpose of the subsidies is to help sports clubs and entities that work to promote and promote grassroots sports, as well as in the general field of sports, in the organization of sports activities in the municipality. This call is governed by the bases approved by the Plenary Session of the Celrà City Council in the session dated October 8, 2019 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 223, of November 21, 2019. 2. Financial allocation and budget application The maximum expenditure foreseen in this call for the granting of this aid will be 12,000.00 euros. The amount of the subsidies to be distributed among the applicants may not exceed the amount of the credit assigned in the call. The budget credit is provided by budget application 40.3410.48900 “Transfers sports entities”. 3. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona and will end on September 30, 2023. Applications will have to be submitted electronically and duly completed in the General Registry of the City Council of Celrà, through the Generic Instance procedure. 4. Resolution and notification period 4.1. Resolution deadline: the deadline to resolve the call will be determined in the rules. Once the deadline has passed without a resolution having been adopted, applicants may consider their applications rejected due to administrative silence. 4.2. Notification and communication: the entities benefiting from the subsidy will be notified of the resolution. 5. Resource regime The resolution of the call puts an end to the administrative route. A contentious-administrative appeal must be filed against this before the Contentious Administrative Court of Girona within a period of two months from the day following its notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration can be filed with the Mayor of Celrà City Council within a period of one month from the day following the day of notification. 6. Advertising This call will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), which is articulated as the National Subsidies Advertising System (SNPS), and an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona and in the municipal electronic headquarters (e-tauler) of the Corporation.
