Call and regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for cultural associations and non-profit entities 2023.

Official description of the call

ADVERTISEMENT First. Beneficiaries: Associations and Cultural Entities that have their headquarters in the Municipal District of Requena and carry out their cultural activity in the Municipality of Requena may be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these Rules is to establish the Rules that must govern the granting, on a competitive basis, of subsidies intended for non-profit cultural associations and entities for cultural activities to be carried out during the year 2023. Third. Regulatory bases: Conditions established in the General Subsidies Ordinance, approved by plenary agreement dated December 10, 2007. Fourth. Maximum global amount subject to subsidy. The credit allocated to this call amounts to €136,560, charged to budget item 330.48901. These subsidies are compatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid, income or resources from other public or private entities under the terms established in the General Subsidies Ordinance. Fifth: Applications and submission deadline. Applications must be submitted in the official form approved by this City Council, in the General Registry of the M.I. Requena City Council and addressed to the Mayor – President. They may also be presented in the registries and offices referred to in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The official form for submitting applications can be picked up at the SAT offices of the M.I. Requena City Council or download it on the Requena City Council website or in the Citizen Folder. The deadline for submitting applications will be thirty calendar days from the day following the publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, Edicts Board of the City Council, their publication will also be made on the City Council's website, the latter having a purely informative nature. If the last day of the deadline is a non-business day or Saturday, the deadline for submitting applications will be understood to be extended to the next business day. Sixth. Documentation to be submitted along with the application. Along with the submission of applications, the original or certified copy according to current legislation of the following documentation must be attached: a) Certified photocopy of the D.N.I. of the legal representative and the C.I.F. of the entity. (in the case of this being the first time that the association requests the subsidy or having undergone some modification). b) Third Party Registration Form duly completed or express mention that its submission has already been made. The owner of the bank account must be the requesting entity or its legal representative, and no other assumption may be accepted. c) Certificate issued by the Tax and Social Security Agency of being up to date with tax obligations on the date of submission of the application. d) Descriptive report of the activities that are intended to be subsidized. e) Statutes of the Association or Entity accrediting its cultural and non-profit nature, together with a responsible declaration from its President that they are in force. (in the case of this being the first time that the association requests the subsidy or having changed).
